Throughout my career, I have worked as a mentor, coach, and quality assurance reviewer, and I am a proud member of the Arabic Instructional Round Committee from the USA, where I contribute to evaluating teaching practices and offering developmental recommendations. My educational philosophy emphasizes creating a positive, student-centered classroom that promotes independent learning, critical thinking, and cultural values.
